With 41 thousand 8 hundred 10 new infections, country’s total COVID-19 cases reached 93 lakh 92 thousand 9 hundred 20.
Health Ministry said, in the last 24 hours 496 new deaths were reported. With this the death toll has gone up to 1 lakh 36 thousand 6 hundred 96.
Total active cases in the country is now at 4 lakh 53 thousand 9 hundred 56. In the last 24 hours, 42 thousand 2 hundred 98 people were discharged. With this, total discharged cases are now at 88 lakh 2 thousand 2 hundred 67. The recovery rate is at 93.68 per cent.
