Chief Minister said that Ramesh Chander Agarwal successfully led Dainik Bhaskar organization for over four decades and made it the fourth-largest circulated daily of the world.
State Vidhan Sabha Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar Editor Dainik Bhaskar Deepak Dhiman and State Unit Head Sahil Sharma were also present on the occasion.
