Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur celebrating Lohri with people of Shimla town today.Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur alongwith his wife Dr. Sadhna Thakur celebrated Lohri with people of Shimla town today evening at his official residence Oak Over, Shimla. People from all walks of life reached Oak Over and congratulated the Chief Minister on this auspicious festival of Lohri.

Chief Minister has also felicitated the people of the State on the occasion of Lohri festival and wished that this festival may bring progress and prosperity in their life.Jai Ram Thakur also distributed gachak, rewari, gur to the people on the occasion.

Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj, Tribal Development Minister Dr. Ram Lal Markanda, Mayor Shimla Municipal Corporation Satya Kaundal, Deputy Mayor Shailender Chauhan, General Secretary State Council for Child Welfare Payal Vaidya, Councillors and other senior officers were also present among others.
