A meeting of the Board of Directors of Himachal Pradesh General Industries Corporation Limited, Shimla was held here today under the chairmanship of Industries Minister Bikram Singh.
Financial achivements of six months of year 2019-20 and 2020-21 were discussed in detail. It was informed that during this period, an estimated Rs. 2315 lakh business was done by the corporation and an estimated dividend of Rs.148.83 lakhs was earned.The draft accounts for the financial year 2019-20 were also approved in the meeting.
Vice-President General Industries Corporation Manohar Dhiman, Additional Chief Secretary (Industries) Ram Subhag Singh, Director Industries Hans Raj Sharma, Special Secretary (Finance) Rakesh Kanwar, Managing Director Amit Kashyap, Members of the Board and other Senior Officers were also present in the meeting.
