Prime Minister Justice Trudeau has extended wishes to Sikh community on Gurpurab of Guru Nanak Dev ji and has supported right to peaceful protests b farmers in India.
In a video message he said that he is concerned about news coming from India on peaceful protests by farmers many of whom are away from their families. He said that Canada always works to defend right to peaceful protests. He also said that Canada has conveyed its concern to Indian Authorities through different channels.He also said that he is happy to celebrate Gurpurab with large sikh community of Canada.
